Tabber Benedict: New York, New York, United States; Tabber Benedict is an accomplished corporate lawyer carrying nearly a decade of legal experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as corporate and securities matters. Before taking on his current position, Mr. Benedict worked in-house at an international insurance company (ACE Limited and as an attorney for three New York City law firms: Hughes, Hubbard, & Reed LLP; Schulte, Roth & Zabel LLP; and White & Case LLP. These firms provided Mr. Benedict with a wealth of experience across industries. in the area of mergers and acquisitions, Tabber Benedict drafted purchase agreements, merger agreements, asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreement, a host of ancillary agreements, as well as proxy statements, and all manner of M&A legal documents and memoranda. He performed due diligence, providing reports for clients that detailed company strengths, potential legal pitfalls, structural analysis and advice, valuations, potential liabilities, and shareholder analyses. Tabber Benedict also trained and managed junior associates, paralegals and internal specialty teams, local counsel and outside counsel.
